Bob Barlow Robert Barlow, MSCE - Chairman of the Board of Directors

As EagleEye's Chairman of the Board, Mr. Barlow is the steward of the strategic direction of EagleEye. He brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and executive experience that spans 35 years. After a three year tour in the Navy, he promptly started his first business, and thereafter founded and operated several enterprises in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries. In addition, he has spent several years on the board of a regional bank - ten of them as Chairman - and today sits on the board of seven start-up companies. Mr. Barlow attended Brown University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, gaining a civil engineering degree. He is married to his college sweetheart and they have three grown children. Mr. Barlow currently resides in Great Falls, Virginia.

Duncan Barlow Duncan Barlow, MD - President/CEO

As President/CEO, Dr. Barlow oversees EagleEye operations, manages the business plan, and ensures the company's financial well-being. He also serves as Medical Director and QA Director overseeing the quality and timeliness of the teleradiology services provided. He brings to EagleEye 29 years of skilled radiology expertise and administrative experience from the nation's most prestigious military medical institutions. He has served as Department Head of Radiology at Naval Hospitals in Guam and Washington State and at the National Naval Medical Center in Maryland. He served as an assistant professor of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F. Edward H├ębert School of Medicine from 1992 to 1996. He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Brown University. He is a retired Captain in the United States Navy and has completed tours in Naval Hospitals in Washington State, Maryland, Hawaii, and Guam. Dr. Barlow currently resides with his family in Ashburn, Virginia.

Karl Stock Karl Stock - Vice President

As Vice President, Mr. Stock fosters relationships with new clients and supports existing clients of EagleEye Radiology. He brings 16 years of experience in the health care delivery field to EagleEye. Prior experiences include sales and support of both medical equipment and transitional care services to physicians, hospitals, and skilled care facilities. His commitment to outstanding customer service has proven to be the cornerstone of the many successful relationships he has built with both health care personnel and patients. He has 5 years of experience in Information Technology and provided dedicated computer support to grant specialists at the National Institutes of Health. Karl studied Business Management at Radford University and has achieved CompTIA certifications in both A-Plus and Network-Plus. He resides in Vienna, Virginia with his family.

Lori Sittner Lori Sittner, BS - Treasurer and Office Manager

As Treasurer and Office Manager, Ms. Sittner is responsible for managing EagleEye's human resource, physician credentialing, and financial functions. With over 15 years of management and supervisory experience, she also oversees physician claims enrollment and physician scheduling for EagleEye's onsite clients. Prior to her role at EagleEye, Ms. Sittner served as the support services manager for a busy anesthesiology group where she handled the gamut of practice management activities including patient billing, accounting functions, and coordination of all HR functions. By ensuring that EagleEye's back-office structure is well-managed and organized, Ms. Sittner enables EagleEye to successfully serve its clients and grow its service offerings. She received her BS in social work and psychology from Peru State College in Nebraska and currently resides in Leesburg, VA.

Mike Scott Mike Scott, JD - Prior CEO and Current Consultant

A graduate of Cornell University and-after three years in the Navy-the University of Michigan Law School, Mr. Scott for many years practiced corporate law for a large firm in Washington, DC. For more than a decade thereafter, he served as legal counsel and director of governmental affairs for the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He currently resides in McLean, Virginia.
